We,ve all heard the saying that an apple a day keeps the doctor away, in other news, apples are very nutritional and they are one of the top ten healthy fruits, rich in fiber, antioxidant, flavanoids and also its an energy fruit. Considering the egg and milk that will be used to make the pudding, also makes it a protein packed snack, which can build our body, so its suitable for post workout meal.

Here are the ingredients you,l be needing for your apple puddin
- 4 apples (med sz)
- 4 glass of milk
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tsps vanilla essence
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Cherries to decorate (optional)
- Methods:
Wash your apples first thing first, peel and core them, slice them evenly.
Boil in 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water, cook till tender, then keep aside to cool off
Beat your eggs stiffly, add essence. Sugar, milk and mix very well till sugar dissolves, that process requires lots of effort
Take a pie dish, put the mixure in the dish, add the apple slices and steam for 15-30 mins till done.
Cool and decorate with whipped cream and cherries.
