Best time to chew onions for flat tummy

YThis bulb vegetable is known for its wonderful benefitsss, I used a lot of 's' to emphasize on its benefit. 

Well, apart from the flavour and taste it adds to our cooking, it also does a lot of aother benefit and wonders to our health.

Some says, its juice can be used to neutralize honey bee stings, others says it neutralizes poison, food poisoning so to say, more journals says it could go along way in preventing cancer and to mention but a few..

But here I am saying, of all the numerous benefits and wonders to health and.our food, these are the benefits of onions I have observed in my own body... listed below

Onions helps detoxify and cleanse our inner system, it helps in quicker digestion, it reduces bloating and of course it reduces constipation, in other words withing few hours of chewing half or quater a bulb depending on the size of the onions, you find yourself doing your thing with ease and so much comfort..lol

Soo, here is how it works and the best time to chew them, you chew it firstthingnthemorning, I choose first thing in the morning cause you have been on a fast for hours, and since its the first thing to go down your system, your system.will better absorp it and put it the work, okay so you chew half a small bulb or quater an hour before you eat your breakfast and watch the wonderful effect it will to your body,, remember, its detoxifies, reduces bloating. Helps aid digestion and helps you empty your bowel, the effect is not immediate but its still immediate cause the following morning, your waistline and tummy must have lost 1 or 2 inches, so try it and let me know... share your experiences

P.S.... if you have an overactive bladder, please do not engage, no necessary harm but it will make you pass urine more often, thats only if your bladder is overactive. but others feel free to try it and wake up smiling
