Recipe For Banana Smoothie With Groundnut Topping

 Bananas are one of my favourite fruits, if not my favourite, its neat, easy to eat in public, unbeatable taste and of course highly nutritious.

Banana smoothies are quick and easy to make, its a protein pack blend plus energy filled drink good to kick start your day.


So here are the recipe for your creamy banana-nut smoothie


What you need....
  1. 5pcs of Bananas (nicely cut)
  2. One egg yolk (fresh eggs)
  3. 1/4 Glass of liquid milk 
  4. Groundnut.
Okay.... so here is the deal, get your blenders ready, wash your bananas and egg properly, slice your banana into bits (not too tiny tho), just for easy blend, put in your banana into the blender and blend for 5secs, add your egg YOLK, blend for another 5sec, add your liquid milk and blend properly until its totally smooth and creamy,,, "hmmnn, already craving for one"
Spray some pieces of groundnut as a topping. You know banana loves groundnut and groundnut loves bananas. Lol


Taadaaa,,, and your smoothie is ready for serving..you can sip it, use a straw or even scoop with tablespoon, at your convenience.

You can fridge your smoothie, but dont FREEZE it.

Its an energy filled and a protein pack blend, suitable as a post workout drink, for energy and to build your body, it keeps you filled, its super delicious and nutritious and a good start to your day.... enjoy
