How To Achieve A Bright And Glowing Skin With Papaya (paw-paw)

To achieve a fair glowing skin doesnt necessarily need you to use the bleaching creams and cosmetics, you can enhance your complexion naturally with the papaya face mask, and this routine has no adverse damage to your skin.

Most of our skin lightening creams and soaps contains extracts of paw paw, which makes it true that the papaya acts as a natural skin lightner, so why not try the complete extract instead of using a pinch of it found in our creams, thats cheating. Lol

Papaya contains vitamin A, which can reduce visibility of acne scars and dark spots, vitamin c, which boost collagen production and skin firmness, papain, which acts as a skin regenerator, has properties that heals acne, eczema, decreases pigmentation and softens skin, alpha hydroxy acid, acts as skin exfoliator, and breaks down bond between dead cells... now thats real value.

Thats not all, the enzymes in papaya slows down the formation of fine lines and wrinkles on your face, reduces blemishes and acne too... a lot of acne removal. lol

So lets see how you can use the papaya to achieve aforementioned.

So, here is a little of what you ll be needing apart from the papaya( ripe), you,ll need, freshly squeezed lemon juice (acts as a natural bleaching agent) and raw honey ( as skin moisturizer).

So blend or mesh your pawpaw, use blender preferably, so blend, do add water, no thank you, add a few drops( 2 tbspn) of ur freshly squeezed lemon juice  and 2-3 tbspoonful of honey, all depending on the quantity you blending,, then blend until they have all mixed well.

Now, before applying on your face, do a facial steam to open the pores of ur face, facial steam.is just wiping ur face with fairly hot water to open your pores for better penetration.

Test a patch of your skin first, and if no irritation, apply your papaya facial mask on your face and let it dry up for about 15-30 mins, then wipe out with warm water when time.is up and apply a mild moisturizer on your face.

Do this everyday or 5-6 times  in a week daily for 1-3 months to see result and achieve that spotless, flawless, brighter and glowing skin. Go for it ladies...
