Being a while since I last shared some recipes on here, so today we will be learning how to make the apple pudding.
We,ve all heard the saying that an apple a day keeps the doctor away, in other news, apples are very nutritional and they are one of the top ten healthy fruits, rich in fiber, antioxidant, flavanoids and also its an energy fruit. Considering the egg and milk that will be used to make the pudding, also makes it a protein packed snack, which can build our body, so its suitable for post workout meal.
Okay, thats enough about its
health benefits.
Here are the ingredients you,l be needing for your apple puddin
Wash your apples first thing first, peel and core them, slice them evenly.
Boil in 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water, cook till tender, then keep aside to cool off
Beat your eggs stiffly, add essence. Sugar, milk and mix very well till sugar dissolves, that process requires lots of effort
Take a pie dish, put the mixure in the dish, add the apple slices and steam for 15-30 mins till done.
Cool and decorate with whipped cream and cherries.
Sooo yummy and delish......

3 Ways To Prevent After-Shave Armpit Bumps
So, we all know what armpit.bumps are right, those lil annoying swelling thats comes right up days after shaving, it could be itchy sometimes, and embarassing most times, lol, especially for us ladies that loves to wear dress exposing our under arms.

So, here is a way out, a lil way of escape to help you feel comfy after shaving .

- Rule No 1, never use your shaving stick more than once, after shaving both armpits once, you discard, cause they might have accumulated tiny bacteria which can form bumps.on the sexond usage. I guess they are affordable, so we can afford to afford another one. Lol
- Rule No 2, never skip rule no 1 and while using your shaving stick, shave in one manner, either shave upwards or shave downwards, do not shave hapzardly, left to right, up to down, center to left, you only inviting the sleeping bumbs to your armpit
- Then number three thing you need to do is to rub shea butter in your armpits before shaving and after shaving, this will help to moisturize you armpits leaving.them.smooth and silky.
Our underarms are very delicate,so we should pay special attention to it, shave carefully, make sure you dont injure yourself while shaving, follow the shaving rules and rid your self of any bump that might occur.
